PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor which ensures less variation of electrostatic properties and occurrence of few abnormal images. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer and a protective layer, wherein the photosensitive layer contains a charge transport material which is a naphthalenetetracarboxylic acid diimide derivative, and the protective layer is formed by curing a trifunctional or higher functionality radically polymerizable monomer having no charge transportable structure and a monofunctional radically polymerizable monomer having a charge transportable structure.
