PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which when a given component is clamped and fixed to the chassis by fixing operation of a fixture which clamps and fixes the given component to the chassis, an optional object other than the given component can be clamped and fixed to the chassis. SOLUTION: The chassis 3 supporting a backlight unit disposed in a rear side of a display unit having an image display screen in the front is provided with a shaft body 33 having one end fixed. A clamping member 9 to clamp and fix a given component, and a fixing assist body 10 and a bolt 8 to clamp and fix an optional object other than the above component are attached to the other end of the shaft body 33, so that by fastening the bolt 8, the clamping member 9 and the fixing assist body 10 are clamped to clamp and fix the given component and the other object.
