PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify models of various apparatuses by one flow measuring means, by constituting an apparatus information display means in the flow measuring means. SOLUTION: A flow measuring device 26 includes a flow measuring means 27, an apparatus information storage means 28 storing life information of various apparatuses 21-23, an apparatus specification means 29 determining models of the various apparatuses 21-23 from the flow measuring means 27 and the apparatus information storage means 28, a time integration means 30 measuring a use integrated time of the various apparatuses 21-23, and an apparatus information display means 35 displaying information on the various apparatuses 21-23. Information for each model of the various apparatuses 21-23 stored in the storage means 28 is compared with the information in the apparatus information storage means 28, whereby management of apparatuses can be easily performed by confirming information for expiration of life of apparatuses for each using model through the display means 35.
