PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable parts supply device by integrally forming a supply path and a temporarily fixing chamber. SOLUTION: The supply path 13 for parts 1 and the temporarily fixing chamber 18 communicating with the path 13 and having an outlet opening 22 for the part 1 are integrally formed, and an advancing/retreating drive means 6 for moving the chamber 18 together with the path 13 to a target position is provided. Therefore, the parts can be surely put into the chamber 18, and smoothly moved in the supply path 13. The structure can be thus simplified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
