PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchemical reaction device capable of improving adhesion of openings of microchannels formed in channel substrates if a plurality of the channel substrates are connected in series. SOLUTION: The system has a frame-like body 6 where throughholes 6c are formed and hollow microchannels 5 extended from one end to the other, and the ends 3a are protruded from an end of the body 6 to have at least one channel substrate 3 that is accommodated inside the hole 6c.
