PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a razor which improves a bad situation that fine dust of facial hair shaved by the rotation of the razor or the slide movement of the razor blows off from the inside of a screen and is inhaled into the lung when a person takes breath in a conventional razor. SOLUTION: In this invention, a blowing path and a blower are provided on a place where there is not a net blade in the screen part of an electric razor or on a body. A filter for dust collection is provided between blowing paths between the screen of the electric razor and the blower. The blower has a mechanism that sucking power which sends wind outside of a place without the screen of the screen part or to the blowing path of the body on the side opposite to the net outside razor blade collects shaved fine dust of facial hair in the filter for dust collection, the filter part for dust collection can be detached at the flip of a switch, and the filter for dust collection can be cleaned or exchanged.
