PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation condition setting system for setting operation conditions suitable for a user based on physical information related to the user to a subject device, in which physical information input operation is simpler, and the subject device can be more quickly set to a suitable state to the user. SOLUTION: In this system 1 for communication in a sports gym, a control part 11 of a control computer 10 collates physical information stored in a personal information database 15 with a set table stored in a set table database 17 in an exercise menu generating process to determine an exercise menu by the subject device, and store the exercise menu in an exercise menu database 16. An exercise processing part 31 of an exercise machine 30a reads identification information by card reading parts 22, 32, and 42 in an exercise process to read operation conditions corresponding to the identification information from the exercise menu database 16, and sets the read operation conditions to the subject device.
