PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for a game machine capable of efficiently heat-dissipating a control circuit board or the like inside a box-shaped space when the control circuit board or the like is housed inside the space and preventing the function of the control circuit board or the like from being stopped due to a high temperature. SOLUTION: In the cooling structure for the game machine, in which the control circuit boards 35-37 are housed inside the box-shaped space 32 on the back surface side of the game machine, an air inlet 11b is formed on the front surface side of the game machine, an air outlet 41a is formed on the back surface plate 3a of the box-shaped space 32 respectively and ventilation is made possible between the air inlet 11b and the box-shaped space 32. A fan 42a for generating a forced cooling air flow 72 from the air inlet 11b for sucking outdoor air through the box-shaped space 32 to the air outlet 41a for discharging air into the outdoor air is provided, thereby forcibly circulating the outdoor air in the box-shaped space 32.
