PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter constituted so that the orbital movement of seedling-storing bodies can be carried out smoothly to enable the feed of the seedling to the seedling-transplanting body to be properly carried out and the precise transplantation of the seedling can be carried out in the seedling transplanter constituted so that the seedling-storing bodies connected in a loop shape can orbit in a state of passing the upper part of the seedling-transplanting body. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is constituted as follows. A seedling-storing body-moving structure 46 is constituted by winding two or more seedling-storing bodies 45 connected in the loop shape over right and left moving working bodies 51. The rotary drive of a transplanting transmission case 18 is transmitted to one moving working body 51, and the rotation of the one moving working body 51 is transmitted to the other moving working body 51 by a transmission chain 59 to drive and rotate both of the right and left moving working bodies 51.
