PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm implement which can easily change the non-working state of a soil working unit. SOLUTION: This farm implement 1 comprises a central working portion 2, right and left extended work portions 3, and non-working state-setting members 35 rotatably disposed on the extended work portions 3. When the non-working state-setting members 35 are placed at the first positions, the extended work portions 3 are rotated at an angle of about 180 degree in folding directions to become folded non-working states. When the non-working state-setting members 35 are placed at the second positions, the extended work portions 3 are rotated at an angle of an intermediate folding degree below 180 degree, such as approximately 150 degree, in folding directions to become intermediate folded non-working states.
