A system for synthesizing radiopharmaceuticals comprising a stationary process (10) and single use disposable kits (100). The processor has a kit interface (22) with valve actuators and fluidic fittings that interface to a processor interface (102) on the kit containing corresponding rotary valves and fittings. The kit (100) is positioned to the processor with side supports (24) having slots (26) that allow vertical movement of the kit down to support rods (32). Linear actuators (20) translate the kit toward the processor to interface the rotary valves and fittings and, after processing, off the supports (32) so that the kit falls into a container below. Reagent and reactor vessels have a mounting structure (104). Flexible tubing interconnects vales and fittings on the processor interface (102) and vessels on the mounting structure (104). When needed, a reactor vessel heater (42) can be raised and lowered by an actuator (44).
