<p>In a process to manufacture a paper web from an air-fed suspended supply of dry fibers, the de-watered dry process air arrives and is returned in a closed circuit. The circuit includes a separator station (7) in which the fiber aero-suspension is surrendered to a sieve former (10). The air passes through the sieve and is removed from the other side for surrender to the closed circuit. The closed circuit includes a water condenser (16) in which moisture and warmth are extracted prior to return to the separator (7). Moisture removed in the condenser is returned to the aero-fiber preparation station (2). Also claimed is a commensurate assembly.</p> |
