<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which can stably disperse a plasticizer, and a manufacturing method for the same, and a thermosensitive adhesive material and an information recording material. <P>SOLUTION: The composition comprises a plasticizer for plasticizing a thermoplastic resin and a surfactant, wherein the surfactant comprises a surfactant having a clouding point of 50°C or higher. The method is one which manufactures a composition containing a plasticizer for plasticizing a thermoplastic resin and a surfactant, wherein the method uses a surfactant having a clouding point of 50°C or higher. The thermosensitive adhesive material, which is heated to exhibit adhesiveness, has a layer comprising a thermoplastic resin, a plasticizer for plasticizing the thermoplastic resin, and a surfactant having a clouding point of 50°C or hgiher.
