<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a dielectric device which is satisfactorily electrically connectable with an external apparatus at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: After forming terminals made from a metal film containing additives for raising the adhesion of terminals to a support base so as to adhere it to the surface of the base, a step of washing the terminals with an organic acid solution (preferably water solution of acetic acid) is followed by a heat treatment at about 500°C. This effectively removes the additives exposed from the terminal surface to act as an obstacle to the soldering, from the surface of the terminals without peeling the terminals from a dielectric layer to improve the wettability of solder on the surface of the terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
