PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily and accurately confirm his or her desired information before and after changing a document item concerning an application case.

SOLUTION: This intellectual property management system is provided with a document information DB23(document item storage means) for storing document items relating to an application case; an input part 11(input means) for inputting correction data for the document items stored in the document information DB 23; an extraction part 26 for extracting difference data before and after correction based on the correction data of the document items input from an input part 11 and the data of the document items registered in the document information DB 23; a display part 12 for displaying the difference data before and after correction so as to contrast them, and for prompting a user to register the correction data; and a data registering part 22(registering means) for registering the correction data in the document information DB 23 when the registration is instructed, and for registering the difference data before and after correction in the document information DB23 as one correction history data of the case.
