PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a long developer life while maintaining high reliability images by using a development system and developer with less carrier spent property and highly controlling the fluidity of a toner, and to provide a toner which prevents filming on a photoreceptor over time, can improve the cleanability of the photoreceptor and can reduce fog due to deterioration in a low temperature and low humidity environment, and an image forming apparatus capable of printing high quality images using a carrier and the toner. SOLUTION: The toner includes at least a binder resin and a colorant, and the image forming apparatus uses at least the toner having a fluidity index 25FT of 30-65 mJ and a flow rate index 25FRI of 1.1-2.5.
