摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam attemperator capable of entirely and uniformly mixing high-temperature steam with cooling fluid, and free from temperature variation in the steam of which a temperature is decreased. SOLUTION: A low-temperature steam supply portion 3 for cooling and a heat exchange portion 2 are connected with a high-temperature steam supply tube 1. The heat exchange portion 2 has a double tube structure, a diffuser 9 of the low-temperature steam supply portion 3 for cooling is connected with its inner passage 4, and a cooling fluid supply tube 6 is connected with its outer passage 5. The low-temperature steam supply portion 3 for cooling is composed of a steam ejector. A suction opening 14 of the steam ejector 3 and the outer passage 5 are communicated by a suction tube 15. The low-temperature steam generated in the heat exchange portion 2 is mixed with high-temperature steam by the steam ejector 3, thus the high-temperature steam is cooled to a prescribed temperature without temperature variation.
