PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box easy to remove a sealed tape and also to easy to take out an article. SOLUTION: An inner flap 4 and an outer flap 5 are provided continuously at the upper edges of a pair of end walls 1 and a pair of side walls 2 each, a finger inserting part 7 and a tab part 9 are formed by making a cutting line 6, 8 at the upper part of the end wall 1, an opening wall 12 to be cut off is formed by making a cutting line 10 and 11 from the inner flap 4 to the lower part of the end wall 1 as surrounding the outside of the tab part 9, a holding hole 13 communicating with a cutting-off hole of the tab part 9 is provided at the opening wall 12, the outer flaps 5 are put on the inner flaps 4, and a tape T is stuck on from the tip of the outer flap 5 placed opposite each other to the tab part 9. After the finger inserting part 7 is pushed on, the tab part 9 is cut off by pinching, the tap T is tore off to be opened, the outer flaps 5 are opened, a hand is inserted into the holding hole 13 to pull the opening wall 12 toward you, the opening wall 12 is opened by cutting the cutting line 10 and 11, and the article is taken out easily by inserting a hand from the opening.
