PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior controller and wheels which allow a vehicle to be turned without turning wheels by steering. SOLUTION: The vehicle behavior controller includes a radius setting means which sets the radius of left/right wheels, and a radius changing means which changes the radius of a wheel by changing the width of rim of the wheel. The radius changing means changes the radius of the left wheel or/and the right wheel according to a radius set by the radius setting means. The vehicle behavior controller further includes a turn quantity setting means which sets a quantity of turn of the vehicle. The radius changing means makes the radius of a turning outer wheel larger relative to the radius of a turning inner wheel as a quantity of turn set by the turn quantity setting means becomes greater.
