PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of automatically and efficiently manufacturing slices of raw fish capable of obtaining equal appearance and eating quality to ones made manually. SOLUTION: The cutting device is equipped with a box-shape base 1 incorporating a reciprocating drive means, a pair of side plates 2, 3 where two guide grooves 12, 13 which are contraposed so as to be inclined to both sides of the box-shape base 1 in the same direction, and formed so as to be inclined downward to respective inside surfaces from rear side toward the front side, a comb-like receiver 4 disposed between the side plates 2, 3 so as to be inclined corresponding to the inclination of the side plate, and a pair of front and rear rollers 18, 19 fitting to the guide grooves 12, 13 on both sides. The cutting device is composed of a cutting blade frame 5 having the cutting blade 21 moving through teeth of a comb of the comb-like receiver 4, and the cutting blade frame 5 is driven by the reciprocating drive means, can be moved along the guide grooves 12, 13, and the workpiece placed on the comb-like receiver 4 can be cut in the moving process.
