PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper which can strip off a deposit sticking to the surface of a groove formed on an outer wall panel which surely realizes a work with a simple operation regardless of the degree of worker's skill. SOLUTION: The scraper A has a cutting part 11 and a shank part 12. The cutting part 11 consists of a blade edge 14 which contacts closely with each side 2a, 2b of a joint 2 when the cutting part is penetrated into the joint 2 and the blade edge 14 is structured as a cutting edge 15. The cutting part 11 is inclined so that the blade edge 14 precedes a bending part for the shank part 12.
