PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for ensuring attachment facility, sealing performance to combustion gas, heat radiation from a nozzle body to a cylinder head and reliability of durability with a simple and low-cost construction. SOLUTION: A heat insulating sleeve 1 for a fuel injection valve is installed between the fuel injection valve 2 and an insertion hole 31 for the fuel injection valve formed in the cylinder head 3 and has a gasket part 11 extending toward an outer diameter side in a radial direction of the fuel injection valve and a sleeve part 12 extending in an axial direction of the fuel injection valve, wherein the sleeve part 12 is formed in a bellows shape.
