TRANSPORTING PLATE UNIT OF ROTARY BUCKET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting plate unit of a rotary bucket having increased supporting strength and hardly sticking foreign materials. SOLUTION: Plate surfaces of a plurality of slot openings are right and left longitudinally split through supporting plate parts and formed in the transporting plate fixed stepwise along an annular frame body of the rotary bucket by closed die forging. A right and a left plate surfaces of the adjacent slot openings are bent at an acute angle toward the inside on the back side of the supporting plate parts as the right and the left edges integral with each adjacent supporting plate part. Thereby, the supporting plate parts are formed into three-dimensional frames having an inward acute angle cross-section. The mutually opposite tip edges of the right and the left sides bent toward the inside on the back side of the supporting plate parts are preferably made to abut on or engaged to form the supporting plate parts into supporting frames having an inverted triangular cross-section.
