PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel sheet construction using an existing movable hood, capable of attaching a large reel thereon without any trouble, and requiring little work load of attaching work. SOLUTION: A movable hood 5 for fastening and fixing a reel foot is formed to move in a fastening direction by turning a nut 6. A knob 7d for forcibly turning the nut 6 is formed on the nut 6, wherein the knob 7d is formed to be risen outward from the peripheral surface of the nut 6 so as to be pinched and operated.
