PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping off of a spring member and a bearing boss unit by an inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: A casting control mechanism 20 comprises a plurality of friction plates 40b arranged to contact to the end of a spool shaft 16, a cap member 41 for adjusting friction force by bringing the friction plate 40b removably mounted to the boss unit 7a of a second side cover 7 to contact with pressure to the end of the spool shaft and a spring member 42 fixed by press force to the boss unit 7a between the cap member 41 and the bearing 30b for preventing slipping off of the bearing shaft 30b from the boss unit 7a and regulating rotation of the cap member 41. The spring member 42 has a small diameter part 42a contacting to the bottom 41a of the cap member 41 and a large diameter part 42b fixed to the boss unit 7a to contact to the end of the bearing 30b formed to have a larger diameter than that of the small diameter part 42a.
