The input audio samples may be reconstructed from the discrete cosine transforming of the shifted subband samples. The inverse discrete cosine transforming may be executed during a matrix operation of the encoding. The discrete cosine transforming may be executed during a matrix operation of the decoding. The input audio samples may be windowed during the encoding via a plurality of delay lines. A vector may be generated during a matrix operation of the decoding. The audio data associated with the generated vector may be windowed by a plurality of filter coefficients via a plurality of delay lines.
