PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately find a drip infusion ending time by inhibiting the time lag between the drip infusion starting time used for finding the drip infusion ending time and the actual drip infusion starting time. SOLUTION: Clocking by a timer 23 is started when identification information of a patient is read by a personal digital assistance 1, and drip infusion ending signals, which include the information suggesting that the drip infusion is ended in a prescribed time before the drip infusion ending time and the information on the patient for whom the drip infusion is implemented, are generated and transmitted to a portable terminal 8 of a person in charge of the patient or a medical staff who authenticates the patient. The portable terminal 8, having received the drip infusion ending signals, announces that the drip fusion is soon to be ended. Accordingly, the time when the patient is authenticated is the drip infusion starting time to implement the drip infusion for the patient, and therefore, the time lag from the actual drip infusion starting time is smaller than the drip infusion starting time extracted from order data.
