Directivity reversibility of a multiantenna in transmission and reception is suitably compensated by self-calibration. A forward loop back transmission function and a backward loop back transmission function are obtained by setting a branch at a reference branch, and calibration coefficient for each branch is calculated. Then, by setting other branches at the reference branch, a calibration coefficient is calculated from the loopback transmission function in the same manner. Based on the calibration coefficient obtained second time, the calibration coefficient of the reference branch is corrected to meet the calibration conditions.
