A metal paste composition for front electrode formation of a silicon solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and the silicon solar cell including the same are provided to decrease an area of a front electrode without performance degradation of the front electrode, and to improve performance of the front electrode. A metal paste composition for front electrode formation of a silicon solar cell includes silver powder, a plurality of bonding particles, a glass frit particle, and an organic binder. The silver powder includes the bonding particles 10~50 parts by weight based on the silver powder 100 parts by weight. The average diameter of the silver powder and the bonding particles is 0.1~10mum. The glass frit particle includes lead oxide or bismuth oxide.
