A panel positioning apparatus is provided to position the panel with a tool consisting of a guide wall and a stop wall with moving the panel due to inertia and weight. A panel positioning apparatus(300) comprises a positioning table(5), a guide wall(42) and a stop wall(43). The positioning table has a plane supported at the lower part. The guide wall and the stop wall are extended in order to meet at right angle with the positioning table. The guide wall and the stop wall are integrated. A plane(551) supporting the panel is formed at the upper side of the positioning table. The positioning table comprises a receiving surface(552). The boundary line of the receiving surface and the plane is included in a part of the peripheral unit of the plane.
