A hydraulic generating system for generating the hydraulic pressure is provided to improve the noise and micro-vibration by excluding the use of the hydraulic pump. Flywheel is rotated through the reduction device(2) by running a motor(1). The reducing device performs the second reduction operation. The clutch of power transmission(3) is connected/blocked to/from the crank mechanism of the reduction device and the power conversion device(4). A connecting rod(5) of power conversion device is connected to the first hydraulic cylinder axis(7). The connecting rod of the power conversion device moves the first hydraulic cylinder axis to the left and right sides by changing the rotational motion into the linear reciprocating motion.
