The utility model relates to the branch of mechanical engineering and can be used at creation of screw section (flexible) conveyors. A device for welding of sections of hyperbolic screw is made in the form of a plate. The device consists of left and right vertical stands, in central coaxial apertures of which adjusting and clamping elements are installed, and below the axis of central apertures of vertical stands a support is located, on which a lath is located, plane of which is parallel to the axis of basing surfaces of stay rods, which connects by left and right plugs, splines and compression spring.
