A system for sea water demineralization (desalination) comprises a heat exchanger for cooling of sea water, crystallizer of sea water, washing column, device for ice melting and its separation from non-condensed butane, condenser, compressors, tubing for rinsing water, tubing of liquefied butane, tubing for connection of washing column with a heat exchanger, tubing for gaseous butane. The system additionally comprises the device for evaporation of sea water mother solution, hydraulically connected by tubing with a heat exchanger for cooling of sea water.
