A method for production of fructose-gluconic syrup involves the enzymic hydrolysis of sugar syrup with the invertase at the temperature 40 DEGREE C for 5 hours to the obtaining of fructose and glucoseand oxidization of glucose with the glucooxidase at the temperature of 30 DEGREE C for 24 hours to the obtaining of gluconic acid.
