The method for the gastroduodenoplasty in duodenal large and huge ulcers comprises the upper-middle laparotomy, Cocher's mobilization of duodenum, the radical dissection of the morphological substrate of ulcer and the defect of the tissue is sewed transversally. After the radical dissection of the morphological substrate of ulcer, additionally pyloric sphincter and part of front wall of pyloric antrum are dissected longitudinally. The defect of the tissue is sewed by two-row interrupted sutures.
