A mechanism for turn of blades of axial turbo-machine with blades that are installed with outer cylindrical pins to body of compressor through anti-friction bushings, with levers that connect pins of blades with synchronizing ring installed through rollers on housing of compressor. The levers are arranged as springy places with two bended ends, one of those goes to slot cut in outer pin of blade, and at the other end of the lever sphere is installed, this goes to cylindrical opening provided in synchronization ring. In the cuts of synchronization ring rollers are installed, those are placed on axles on both protruding ends of which openings are provided, to openings springy rods are installed, those connect axles of two neighboring rollers. Such implementation allows to operate under conditions of pollution and aggressive effect of atmospheric air.
