FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions relates to machine building, particularly to rails-cutting stands and can be used for threading of helicoidal surface in butts of railway rails. Method includes usage of rails-cutting stand, containing cutting string, driven into motion by oscillator, fixed on sawing frame with diametrically opposite cylindrical frame rings. Rings are put on leading cylinders, into which there are twisted in screws with bushings, introduced into slots, implemented in cylindrical frame rings, in the form of helical curves in the form of left and right revolution for receiving in butt of rail of straight helicoids of the left and the right revolution, agreeably. Additionally cutting is implemented by cutting string, directed under specified angle to longitudinal axis of rail from the side of bottom parallel to its plane, for specified depth by means of movement of sawing frame with vibrator lengthwise the fixed axle of leading cylinders and simultaneous left or right rotation for specified angle by means of mentioned slots in cylindrical frame rings. ^ EFFECT: there is provided receiving of helicoidal surface in butts of rails. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl, 7 dwg |
