A hydro-motor for high water heads has drum with hollow blades installed on shaft, partitions placed between flanges of drum that form niches, the front and the side walls. Tops of blades are skid-shaped and placed above the partitions. In the niches of the drum springy elements are placed, one end of those is connected to the blades, and the other one - to the partitions of niches. Such implementation makes it possible to increase reliability and efficiency of electric motor.
