An noncontinuous composite abrasive disk contains protrusions and cavities on the working surface. Protrusions are formed by separate segmental abrasive elements, which are located between two disks. One of the disks has grooves for establishing the segmental abrasive elements. Each segmental abrasive element has an opening for fixation of the position.
