<p>A device for assisting with the installation of doors such as fire doors comprises uprights A carrying suction cups K and angle iron W for supporting the lower surface of a door, the angle iron being attached to lifting brackets U which may be raised or lowered to adjust the door position vertically by means of winding mechanisms I employing threaded rods within uprights A. Rack and pinion B, L may be used to adjust the door position laterally. An outrigger E may be provided to stabilise the device and wheels C, handle G and brakes H, 1 to manoeuvre the device. A shelf R and holster S may be used to carry tools and fasteners to hang the door.</p> |
