The invention relates to the transport of liquefied vinyl chloride from the railroad tank cars to the sea transportation means. A system for transfer of liquefied vinyl chloride contains conduits for transport of product, coast installation for storage and transport of liquefied gas. The system also contains flexible conduits for connecting sea transportation means with coast installation. In accordance with the invention, the coast installation is executed in the form of an overpass, which contains a collector of liquid phase, a collector of vapor phase and a collector of discharge of the remainders of vapors. The collector of liquid phase is equipped with a safety valve and flexible conduits for connection with the railroad tank cars and with sea transportation means. The collector of vapor phase is equipped with a safety valve and flexible conduits for connection with the railroad tank cars and with sea transportation means. The collector of the residual vapors is connected to the collectors of liquid and vapor phases. The system additionally contains a reserve tank, which is equipped with flexible conduit for connection with collector of the residual vapors.
