A device for treatment bleeding gastrointestinal tract ulcers contains two telescopically mounted tubes with air-conducting channels and perforated sections, and also two coaxial elastic fixative balloons on the external tube. On the distal side of the external tube an elastic shutoff balloon is additionally arranged so that distance to it from fixative balloons is commensurable with the size of duodenal cap. On the external tube the additional perforated section is located between fixative and shutoff balloons.
