Method for differential diagnostics of uterine bleeding in postmenopause

A method for differential diagnostics of the uterine bleeding in postmenopause by conducting of ultrasonic research. Additionally the dopplerometry of the blood stream of ascending and descending parts of uterine artery is performed. Hyperplasia (polypuses) of endometrium is diagnosed by decrease of resistance index to 0.76+- 0.05 and after increase of middle peak of systolic speed to 59.5+- 18.3 in ascending part of uterine artery. Cancer of endometrium is diagnosed by decrease of resistance index to 0.52+- 0.02 and by ascenting middle peak ofsystolic speed to 72.4+- 10.7 in ascending part of uterine artery. The carcinoma of uterine cervix in descending part of uterine artery is diagnosed by decrease of resistance index to 0.55+- 0.04, increase of middle peak of systolic speed to 75.5+- 11.4.
