An autoinjector includes a first chamber <B>40</B> for containing a dry component of a medicament, and a second chamber <B>50</B> for containing a wet component of a medicament and reconstitution means for mixing said dry and wet components by placing said first <B>40</B> and second <B>50</B> chambers into fluid communication with one another, the autoinjector is in packaging <B>10</B> adapted to automatically actuate said reconstitution means to mix said dry and wet components upon movement of a part thereof relative to a part of the autoinjector. Further an autoinjector may have reconstitution means that is capable of pressurising a wet component of the medicament such that upon entry into a chamber a stopper is moved axially. |
