PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device and imaging device that can further shorten a shutter release time lag.SOLUTION: A shutter device comprises: a substrate that has a rectangular aperture provided; a first light shield member that shields a part of the aperture upon moving along a first direction of the aperture; a second light shield member that moves along the first direction thereof to thereby shield the aperture; a first arm that rotatably supports the first light shield member, is rotatably pivoted to the substrate, and moves the first light shield member in the first direction; and a second arm that rotatably supports the second light shield member, is rotatably pivoted to the substrate on an opposite side of the first arm with respect to the aperture, and moves the second light shield member in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
