PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling line capable of obtaining the excellent directionality by increasing a backward coupling amount between two lines.SOLUTION: A coupling line includes: a main signal line conductor 1 for propagating signals; a ground conductor 5 connected to the ground; and a sub signal line conductor 4 arranged in parallel to the main signal line conductor 1 between the main signal line conductor 1 and the ground conductor 5. A magnetic material 6 is arranged on the top surface of the main signal line conductor 1. As a result, since a coupling line impedance Zand a load impedance Zcan be matched to each other by increasing a backward coupling amount between two lines, the excellent directionality can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
