The present invention relates to an electrolyte and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The electrolyte comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1 improves battery properties of the lithium secondary battery, an initial capacity, a capacity recovery rate, and particularly storage performance at high temperatures, and can prevent the increase of the thickness of the battery due to byproducts, by preventing a side reaction of the electrolyte and an electrode. |
