A solid-rolled railroad wheel contains a tread, hub and disk formed by internal and external curved surfaces. The central line of radial cross section of disk at the point of its junction with the tread is displaced along the wheel axle relative to the central line of radial cross section of disk at the point of its junction with the hub to the side of external curved surface. For reduction in the total internal stresses the value of the displacement of the central line of radial cross section of the disk at the point of its junction with the tread along the wheel axle relative to the central line of radial cross section of the disk at the point of its junction with the hub to the side of its external surface is located within the range from 2 mm to 10 mm. The distance between the central line of radial cross section of the disk at the point of its junction with the hub and the point of the greatest bend of the internal curved surface of the disk is located within the range from 4 mm toward the side of the internal surface of wheel to 6 mm toward the side of the external surface of the wheel.
