A milling-drilling angular head contains a spindle installed in the housing with conical bore for the tool and radial groove, and also an adjuster screw, which penetrates this groove. In the spindle a through axial opening is made. The milling-drilling angular head is equipped with a screw-nut for connecting the tool with adjuster screw, which is located in said opening.
