Beamless rocker for well piston pump has crank mechanism with slide. Crank disc is installed just on rotor in such way that axes of rotation of those coincide, and to slide from opposite sides and in opposite directions flexible con-rods are attached, those through system of guide-deflection blocks are connected with free ends to elements of well pump and counterweight, respectively, the slide is installed with desaxial. Such implementation of rocker makes it possible to neutralize gravitation component of balance of forces acting in process of rotation of crank disc and to decrease dynamical loads on elements of system.
